Chinese Restaurant

I don’t know what it is about Chinese restaurants, but I’m drawn to them all - the old-style country-town restaurants, the fancy modern ones with open kitchens, even those that serve chips. This new one at South Eveleigh is cafeteria-style and only open for lunch (when it re-opens). Some dishes use Indigenous ingredients, like Davidson plum and bush mint.

The decor doesn’t matter.
