MrsT much better today but having the day off work chilling with the Sky Q remote.

I went for grocery shopping and sneaked in another quick gym session. Going to try that more often.

Caught up with some work in between dog walks then picked L and A up from gymnastics camp before dinner.

Been hot here again amidst the forecast we’re due rain. Not come yet.

This was H telling me it’s time for her afternoon walk.
