Morning mist

Tuesday
Rain first thing and low clouds in the valley, but it soon brightened up. Mum had a hospital appointment at Torbay, so me and Dennis took her there while the rest of the family went off to the playpark in Bovey (for Arthur). They also found a skatepark where he was able to play on his bike on some of the gentler ramps (extra).
Called into see my brother while mum was at the hospital. Picked mum up an hour & half later - doctor pleased with how her arm has healed and she was excited at having seen the xray which showed screws and a plate in her arm.
Took mum to M&S at the Willows to buy some cake and nibbles for her birthday on Friday. She also did a little clothes shopping -her first outing to a big store since last March.
Dropped party food off at my brothers on the way home.
Steven and Lisa had arrived by the time we got back to our holiday home. They'd driven from visiting Lisa's brother in Wales and are staying nearby in an airbnb.
Homemade pizza for tea - I've still not got the hang of cooking with a range oven!
