Bee for Basil

This honey bee, wings disappearing in a blur of beating, approaches the flower of a basil plant in our herb garden. We bought this plant as a seedling, which the nursery called Perennial Basil. We have another related herb called Thai Basil - very similar but with purple edges to the leaves. And the standard Sweet Basil with larger rounder leaves. The bee doesn't care much about the botanical names.
