Blackpool Illuminations?

We got it all - the rock with Blackpool running through it (except this has been around forever), the tower (quite a few actually, in the form of sea stacks) and the illuminations (the sun on the emerald water). 

Was it tacky? Well yes, sadly, tourism had turned it into an expensive money pit (parking alone was £8- no ifs no buts). The chip shop, gift shop, tea room and water sports sales were all there. 

But Blackpool in Devon is beautiful despite it all and you’ll never change that.
