Very windy run

Shopping in Lewes this morning and then a coastal and cliff run this afternoon to try out new running shoes ( all good- no grip left on old ones). It was so so windy....almost blowing my legs from under me higher up. Blip is the view of the Seven Sisters (white cliffs) once I ran up to where it levels out.
I sat on the beach for a bit afterwards watching the seagulls trying to make headway into the wind! (extra)
