He is back!

I was excited when I spotted Volcucella  the hornet mimic hooverfly.
Last year, at the AOG2020 he dared to start with Team Yellow-Black Stings. Obviously the hornets didn't realise his imposture and he survived.
He told me, that that wasn't easy at all but he was very proud that he won a silver medal with the team.
After the AOG 2020 he founded Team Giant Mimicry and he focused at Speed Pollen Collecting. His technique is amazing and Ida from Team Beezy Honey Bee had no chance against him. Being himself gave him the power to win the long-awaited gold medal. Congratulations! :-)
