Yay.....

....for evening bike rides.

Not sure how many more I'll get in as it was getting a little dark in the woods towards the end.

I met my sister over Cannock Chase and we did Follow the Dog and The Monkey Trail. By the end I was pretty knackered being on an acoustic bike doing some pretty steep and technical climbs. Even the downhill sections on the Monkey sap your energy.
