Sheena and her mama

We had our first in person yoga class today with Sheena. I've been doing on line classes with her for the last year and 1/2 so it was wonderful to be in 3 dimensions with her and all the others. Afterwards I stopped at the new cafe in town for a coffee and so did they:)
