Concerning

Jointly own a fence with a neighbour only they replaced a typical fence with a ‘retaining’ fence and built the land up behind it by quite a bit (I’m guessing a couple of foot). 3-4 years later the fence that was flush with their garage (building in the distance) is now bulging into our garden. Each time it rains heavily it moves a bit more - eruurrgghh. I suspect it’s a problem and it’s going to become a headache. Going to have to talk to them about it
