Alternator

The most often replaced component in the engine bay (aside from oil filters).

This one’s a bit weedy and has been failing gradually for several years. Currently it barely gets the needle out of the red. The battery never gets a decent charge requiring a plug-in charge every now and then. I have a new uprated one in the bench. It just now remains to be seen if I can get it to fit.
