Heavy Smoke

Our 150K valley had the worst smoke readings today...and was the 2nd worst in the world with Siberia being number 1.

There are currently 250 fires currently burning in our province with approximately 20 fires in fairly close proximity to our valley. Virtually no rain in June or July has left our forests extremely dry.

This is what I call..."Climate Change".

The smoke coupled with continuing heat makes for very some serious health concerns. It got up to 36C today.

We are hoping for some rain..but time will tell.

Extra...looking out over the lake from the shore with a couple of boats in the smoke.
