No Mr Hunter, she didn't do it!

Luna managed to find the lower jaw bone of a deer in the forest. She was very proud of finding it but quickly left it lying. We really ought to look in to training her in some way to use her high sense of smell. There have been some great success in searching for lost people with dogs but I suspect the training is very extensive.
While on the subject of skulls, the contents of mine are having a problem at the moment - I wrote recently that she was now 6 months but that's wrong. She was 7 months on 2nd March. How time flies.
Topsy turvy weather continues. Today typical April day - snow, wind, clouds & sun. In the north it's snowing heavily & is very cold. Tomorrow spring starts & I have spotted a crocus in the garden that may just make it. I can't remember it being so early. In the past I spent quite a lot of time travelling to Belin, Hamburg, Duessldorf & was always amazed that the spring in the north was always at least 2 weeks earlier than in the south.
