Always handy to have someone around to help out!

This stained glass panel is a commission for an elderly lady who has always wanted to visit Orkney but sadly is now in a care home. She has read everything she can about Orkney and its history, and keeps up to date with all the archeological excavations. My friend visits this lady regularly and asked me to make it for her. 

I really enjoyed making it, and I'm sure it will cheer her up!
