SUNDAY

I woke around 06:00 this morning and, on visiting the bathroom I accidentally knocked an [expensive] glass bottle of make-up stuff off the shelf. After mopping up its contents from the floor and extracting the glass shards from my knee I was wide awake.

At 07:30 I headed out on an 11 km run around Norland Moor.

A holiday booked in Northumberland and also a helicopter trip in Buxton.

A fish and chip supper (plaice) this evening from the local Catch take-away.
