Bio veggies

Seasonal, proximity and bio! A great idea in Basel: the veggies basket subscription. You pay a subscription to get a weekly basket of 2-3 kg of fresh organic vegetables from a farm 12 km away from the city. They are delivered in a warehouse, where you can pick up your basket (each size has a color). With my work hours, it’s difficult to go to a market (and I’m lazy as well, so that’s an ideal solution). The price is better than in the supermarket, and her, I know to whom I give my money.
And it’s all seasonal, of course… the taste is amazing! You could choose extra eggs and quark, organic too, and they’re so tasty! I got addicted to the quark!
