AO day 11

I watched the ring necked parakeets this morning in there apple eating contest. Jeremy was disqualified as he kept sampling all the apples rather than just eating the one he had. This left George to collect the Gold medal

Later on at the pond arena the pond skaters were around the edge socially distanced of course waiting for the next event which was the dragonfly display. Henrietta did very well on her fly rounds and landing just in the right places to tail dip and no doubt egg lay. She was just the best and took gold for her display.

for the rest of the day - we went to costco which was shut due to a major power outage. I might try again later this afternoon to see if they are up and running again. They open too late for me to pop in before the Hope Cafe tomorrow.
