Colour of decay.

Surprising what colour decay produces in the strangest of places. This is at the back of a local hotel which (like thousands of other hotels in this country) is for sale. It has been for sale for so long that it will soon be condemned. It can be worth next to nothing, it is on a cross roads, only a pavement away from quite a lot of traffic. And rotting. What will be its fate i wonder.
We woke this morning to a white world but very quickly it went back grey. The promise of 12 inches was an exaggeration and it is melting as quickly as it lands today. What a relief, life can carry on as normal. Wet, cold and grey!
ps had to add the colours are untouched by photoshop!!
