The Rowan Tree

Suddenly the rowans are indeed changing into their autumn dress

As Lady Nairne's poem says -

'O Rowan Tree, oh Rowan tree
Thou' ll aye be dear tae me..

There was nae sic a bonny tree
In a' the countrieside...

How rich and gay thy autumn dress
Wi' berries red and bright'.
