Stumbled across it by chance (been watching motivational and self-help videos) and Jae’s story is very grounded, authentic and positive. Seeing his ups and downs and his current state helps me know I’m not alone.

Always reach out. The currency of trust is very valuable. I’m very lucky to have a lot of outlets and friends, so I shouldn’t be scared, but prepared to pay it forward.
