Stratford

The three of us went into Stratford this morning for a coffee and a mooch around. Coffee was at the vegan cafe, Planetarium, oat milk cappachino for Ann, I suppose it makes a change from 'skinny'!

We then took a walk by the river and back home for a spot of lunch 

Ann and I spent some time in the kitchen preparing a meal, asparagus and tomato frittata and lentil stuffed peppers which we served with veggie sausages when Tom and Rachel came round for tea after work.

We had a lovely evening, sitting outside until after nine o'clock.
