Beaten up and rusty but still doing the job

On a beautiful, beautiful day we decided to potter over to Dungeness. For those of you with no prior knowledge of Dungeness it is a headland made up of huge banks of shingle scattered about with old boats, nets and other fishing detritus. It is also an important nature reserve hosting many birds. We went for the general wildness of the place and as usual it did not disappoint.
The boats were all out at sea but their gear was scattered about awaiting their return. The big old rusty tractors are used to plough a track through the shifting shingle and help pull the boats from the sea up on to land.
