Fleet Air Arm

Our wee holiday house is just along the road from Royal Navy Air Station Yeovilton, which as well as being the place where I did my Dunker Drills twenty years ago, also houses the Fleet Air Arm Museum.

A fantastic range of aircraft on display, including the Concord prototype 002 and the record breaking Fairey Delta 2 seen in this shot. I have to admit the F4 Phantom was my favourite though, first time I've seen one up close; an absolute beast.
