Confused

This image is as confused as I am these days. I've been in Geneva to see a doctor to see if he could shed light on a mysterious illness I've had for the last few months. I have low fever everyday and pains which seem to migrate to diffetent parts of my body. (hence all the flower photos recently and less long walk photos).
The test results came back this afternoon showing nothing sinister, only lots of inflamation. This is if course a relief, but still puzzling.
This is looking into a shop window where there are golden globes hanging.
