Hurray!

This morning booking opened for Covid vaccines for my age group. I went online at 0902 and at 0906 bookings for both my vaccines were confirmed.

This is probably quite ho-hum for those of you in the UK, USA and elsewhere where vaccinations are months underway. But here it is just ramping up and it’s been feeling increasingly dicey to be in a relatively unvaccinated country…especially with increasing cases over the Ditch in Australia.

So I am hugely relieved to be having #1 jab on Monday and #2 a month later.
