Fish n chips

After StuartDB’s mention of fish n chips earlier this week, I had a hankering for some. Those of you that know MrsM, know that she doesn’t need to be asked twice. We went to The Chippy in Al Seef village. I was so disappointed that my haddock (extra) was watery and tasteless, but MrsM’s cod was nice. 

We then came home and binge watched Defending Jacob

The good news is that the UAE moves onto the UK’s amber list, so that Calum will not have to quarantine in a Bates Motel with salmonella sandwiches when he returns to University. He is looking at his options just now, and I think his Grandmother’s home cooking is winning out
