Male Snow Bunting

I have been trying to get close to one of these little rascals for a while. They are most often in large skittish groups but occasionally I have spotted a loner on the road- but not close enough for my equipment (whine). This guy flew up to a fence-post, so with heavy cropping you can at least identify him. He'll be heading out of our area soon I think.
