Shut up

The flowers say it all. A dull day but still fairly warm despite the breeze but the feel of moisture in the air. I spent much of the afternoon chopping the seedheads off docks as otherwise the wildflower area will be nothing but next year. Still more to go (inevitably). A little bit of sewing in the morning.

A quiet night in. I was tidying the guest bedroom and sorted through a box of framed photos that hadn't been unpacked after the move. I just haven't enough surfaces here to have them all out but I'm so pleased to have some family pictures on view.

A special phone call from D to LH in the evening. We await developments :-)
