Cat Report

While Dori Pickles stretched out on my bed for a full nap, Persey went to visit the Vet (extra) because he had been vomiting for two days and then no longer eating.
Since these were the symptoms that caused my Gracie Twinkle-toes to die exactly a year ago, I got him to the doctor. Apparently he ate something that disagreed with him in a food poisoning kind of way. After a hefty Vet bill, pills for nausea and antibiotics (which he will not take), he's feeling fine again.
The Vet is the big hairy guy... not our usual Lady Vet. He is better with dogs. The tech's hand is blocking the view of the very good and patient Persey.
Even after a week of 'fasting' Persey weighs a bit more than last year. 11 3/4 pounds (5.3 kg) instead of 11 a quarter pounds (5.10 kg.)
