First go at the York Parkrun

I made it at last to the Knavesmire in time to join in with the parkrun. I'd actually intended just going with Jimmy to watch but ended up joining in, mainly walking with some jogging but I did enjoy it and so did Jimmy who has spent most of the day since, dozing on the sofa.
