Milton Country Park

Parkrun first thing. Did it in a much better time this week, although still awfully slow, thanks to not walking for any of the course.

A friend texted later needing a change of scene, so a small group of us met up for fresh air and a cuppa. It was the first time I’d seen any of them since lockdown. It was a lovely afternoon, even when it rained on us.
