AOG day 15

It has been afoul day with constant rain in either light or heavy showers. We were going to walk into Staines but decided to use the car. Just as well really as I bought far more than I intended. Spotted the rainbow over Ashford as we walked out for a late coffee this evening. It turns Ed out to be a lovely evening .
Just before dinner tonight we had a phone call with Canada. Lovely to see the children again. Abi had abigspider which she kept frightening grandad with. It was a special one bought from Calgary zoo. ( grandad is t frightened of spiders by the way)
On the AOG front not much happening again due to the rain. I did spot the head of team pigeon though making a hasty retreat from the mulberry tree. I think he was trying to eat more than his team mates. Will see what happens tomorrow on thar front
