Letting off Steam

I spotted this as a potentail blip a couple of days ago, and actually shot it as a blip, but it got ranked down in favour of this shot. I had planned to go back and blip it yesterday but Mother Nature intervened and it didn't happen. However, a slightly better, if bloody cold, day today meant I could go back and get it.
