Eat Drink Merry

A tremendous evening at Howie's Waterloo Place enjoying wonderful food (hot smoked salmon; invigoratingly clear consomme; rare-cooked, melt-in-the-mouth roe deer) paired with beautiful wines from Albert Bichot of Burgundy. I felt very lucky to have such hospitable and clever friends.
