MrsT and L went to the shops to get new school shoes so I popped into the gym for a workout.

Once finished, I took a walk down by the civic centre to see the new arrangements for the return of parkrun next Saturday. I’m volunteering the first three Saturdays so that’ll be fun.

Then walked round the stadium. Livingston host Aberdeen this afternoon so hope for a home win after my team lost their 40 game unbeaten run yesterday.
