The indoor Daff

The weather was marginally better than yesterday...but still the rain/sleet and snow showers came down -

Spent the morning looking for some old barb wire so I could made a "Crown of Thorns" for our Easter display - managed to get some, make the fore mentioned crown (blip of which will be done at a later date!!) and then decided to get the macro lens out and since the sun was finally shining through the lounge window, used that natural light to illuminate the daffs that my wife had in our home.

Hopefully I have managed to capture the beauty of the flowers in a way that if the weather where you are is not Spring like.....this instead will put a smile on your face and think about finally getting outside and feeling the warmth of the sun on your face..
