Sheet pan dinner

Italian sausage chunks were added to potatoes, summer squash, peppers and onions and then roasted in the oven for our dinner. This is the before picture. Sadly the after roasting picture was not taken as we consumed the whole meal before I remembered to take the photo. All I can say is “Wow, that was delicious!”
