Home, and hubby is already in his pjs!

We spent the afternoon and part of the evening at my late Dad’s house doing a bit more sorting; also the plumber called to take measurements for the new large immersion and overflow tank which are going in the airing cupboard, so that the tanks in the roof can be removed.  It will no longer be an airing cupboard as both shelves have to come out to make room so we emptied the towels and sheets out into another cupboard.  
The kitchen needs modernising quite badly but we’ve decided to live with it for now and just get the oven replaced as it’s now broken.  But we will try and get the downstairs carpeting replaced with some hard flooring - it’s so much easier to clean than carpet.
