Carnarc Point

Walk with sisD, first time I’ve been to the point - according to the info stone, the name came from a crannog that was built there 2500 yrs ago. Over time the word became Cairn arc, then Carnarc or Carnac. 

Dad's care home has made the papers today, and not in a good way. The Care Inspectorate described residents as suffering “physical harm and emotional distress” concluding there was “significant risk to people’s life, health and wellbeing”.  He can’t tell us as he’s no memory. Pete’s sake
