A night at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo

For three weeks in August 10,000 people flock to the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle to enjoy an evening of military bands and speciality acts from overseas and 2001 was no exception. It’s been a successful formula though over the years the militarist content has reduced and musical /pageantry content increased.
