Finally feeling a bit more normal today. Managed a walk to the post office and the shop in the morning. I’m still pretty tired but definitely progress.

I also finally got some post today - it was nice to get some of my birthday cards even if they are a week late (big Royal Mail problems due to postmen isolating). Some are still missing but hopefully they’ll appear in the next few days.
