Weed?

Found something growing in my pot of pansies.
I assumed it was a weed however something about the leaves intrigued me so rather than hoiking it out I left it to grow.
I’m glad I did.
It’s a marigold!

Yesterday we had a visit from two families from our previous church who are camping nearby.

We also had two lovelies who have come to stay for the week - the newly weds from last November, whoop whoop!

Had a pottering about day with them. So fab to have them here for their first visit as a married couple.
Hubby and son-in-law played golf and I enjoyed a girlie shop with two of my girls.

Weird not having the Olympics on the telly in the morning.
