Heat & Shade.

Summer is back!  Lovely day - sun really hot and shady tree provided a welcome chance to cool down.  Worked hard at the allotment today taking advantage of the recent rain to make weeding easy.  These two shots summed up the day - fiery small sunflower or rudbeckia (not sure) and a nice seat in the shade with lavender stalks gently moving in and out of the sun with a nice breeze.  More like this please.
