Wear a mask

I've just found out that a friend of mine (an Internet antenatal group friend) has lost her husband to covid.

This is my work headset. Since we swapped to predominantly telephone contacts at the beginning of the pandemic, we've had quite a bit of stick for "not seeing patients". There's a reason we restricted the numbers of people coming through our doors. This afternoon I've seen most of my clinic face to face, sweating in plastic and a face mask to try to keep everyone safe. Despite all the changes and the amazing work on vaccinations, good people are still dying. Please don't let your guard down and when we ask that you wear a mask or sit over yonder or have a telephone call first, please help us out by doing that with good grace.
