June Carey's paint pots

Went to Stirling today for a chat with ever-effervescent artist June Carey. I've said I'll write an introduction to a books she's preparing about her art ahead of an exhibition at The Meffan in Brechin at the end of April.
Love talking to June. My mind was whirring afterwards. There was SO much to see in her studio, including some very early work dating back to 1970s.
Before I headed home, we took a quick spin up to the Smith Museum & Art Gallery afterwards to see Lesley Banks new exhibition based around her recent Venice work.
Beautiful and worth a visit
