We had a very early & icy trip to the airport this morning, for M. to catch her 7am flight back to Christchurch. Phew! Stress. All was well though and she’s back home, pondering a possible shift back here. Fingers crossed!

I’ve had a catch-up day, doing laundry plus getting my planter sorted again, with hoops & frost cloth. It’s doing well. Beautifully sunny after that icy frost - it felt Spring-like.

Our Minister of Health has warned today that if the CV19 Delta variant gets out into the community we will have to go straight into Lockdown 4!
That’d be a shock to the system.
