Nope not wanted to use this this evening. Definitely an indication of how rubbish I feel!

New buyer for the house - at least I think so, I've accepted their offer but not heard back from the agent since.

The good news phone call didn't come but a 'we're very nearly ready' email did so I am now cautiously hopeful :)
