Which the weather didn't do today. Nor did I, when I got up to find the kitchen floor covered in water from the flat upstairs.
However it is apparantly (as I learned from the forums here)
United Nations International Day of Happiness.

Happiness, a voucher for a free croissant and getting a blip before midday :-)


How happy is the little Stone
That rambles in the Road alone,
And doesn't care about Careers
And Exigencies never fears-
Whose Coat of elemental Brown
A passing Universe put on,
And independent as the Sun
Associates or glows alone,
Fulfilling absolute Decree
