Organic compost

I did some catching up in the garden, trimming leaves and excess growth from the veggies and deadheading flowers. The colours in the compost bucket were vibrant! The theme for Abstract Thursday is Organic, and this is an organic assortment from our garden. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
Toooo hot and we also have some smoky haze today. We can definitely smell the smoke. Not pleasant! I can only imagine what it's like for people who are much closer to the wildfires.
Had a good catch up on the phone with Beaches Doogie. Great that they're home from their trip. I think I talked his ear off though.
