Pass - All Things Must

I spy the face of John Bishop
and of Michael Sheen (as Tony Blair?).
And, oh look, that’s One Direction

Haven’t they disbanded?
 
We’re supposing someone’s died
and the house is being cleared.
Those plastic crates of DVDs
have been outside
for over a year.
We saw them at least
twelve months ago when last
we were here.
 
I actually woke this morning
thinking of the people I have lost.
Perhaps already evaporated dreams,
featuring my mum, my dad, my sister,
even my cat,
 
had placed their essence
in my brain.
And so, today, I miss them
once again.
